Maintenance issues while we lived there but the worst part was the move out. We never received a move out statement. A collection agency started calling but they didn't have any detail on this "balance" that was owed. Now it is on my credit, without anyone giving me the back up! Corporate office is just as bad...obviously this is a recurring issue. Lots of other options!

A Little Rough Around The Edges

Not all apartments are hardwood. The kitchen stove and dishwasher can be outdated depending on the apartment. Found dead roaches in my apartment when I first moved in. However, its right next to Adamsons Lagoon. It's a decent walk to walmart. And it even has a CSPD officer live on site and patrol. Its quiet and cozy. Only has a single dead bolt on the door for the lock. The apartment shows its age.
