Best community I’ve lived in! courtyard is perfect for summer with the grills, pool, and new playground! I heard the community will be getting a dog park also soon! I can’t wait!

This place is not worth it. There are no amenities other than a swimming pool and they charge you $10 a month for the swimming pool. There are 175 units here that means they’re stating it cost $1750 a month to run a pool that is only open until 8 o’clock at night. The water bill here is astronomical. It is anywhere between $130-$200 a month. $10 for trash that is overflowing on a weekly basis.

I use to really enjoy living here until they got bought out and now have implemented new management. The new management is awful the rent keeps going up higher and higher and they continue to take any amount of money they can. This place is a horrible place to live. You will get burned. I have watched so many people leave or get evicted some the new ownership.

This used to be a great little place to live. When Strategic Management Partners took over, that quickly changed. They would not negotiate a rent increase, fair enough; however they couldn't give any reason for a whopping 40% increase! We dealt with Tara who always seemed annoyed when we reached out. I would stay away if SMP are still managing this property.
