Not a place I can call home
April 8, 2022You can really tell when a place doesn’t care about its tenants. They’ll charge you for every little thing. They sent us a letter saying they’re going around to look at everyone’s window blinds and anyone with broken blinds will be charged $30 per blind to fix. Keep in mind these are ancient blinds that were there from god knows when and of course have wear and tear from years of use. They also took my potted plant from outside of our apartment and trashed it without warning or informing us. My ...husband just saw the maintenance guy walk away with our plant. If you notice, you’ll see none of the apartments have any sort of landscaping, only the front office does. There’s a few scarce trees planted but that’s it. It’s like they didnt care to beautify our homes. Also our apartment is infested with elder bugs. We submitted a maintenance request for the bugs which was conveniently ignored.Property Manager Responded

Avoid
April 20, 2020The apartments are nice but management will make you hate living there. They make you get cable and include it in your rent, they lie about getting your pet deposit back and parking is first come first serve, so good luck when you have neighbors with 3+ cars and always park in the front and never have the courtesy to move! I would NOT move here.Property Manager Responded

Looks are deceiving
August 27, 2018Sadly, I believe the community the local college set graduates to, is Arbor Trails. I moved in hoping that I could escape the adolescent behavior reflective of the constant loitering in the early hours of the morning, the constant litter problem and those knuckle-draggers living on the second floor who lack the maturity or wherewithal to realize that there are those that live beneath them. Stomping, running up and down the stairs, et al. This is Saginaw, so there weren't a lot of options. ...Nevertheless, anyone considering a community and hoping its residents are of a higher caliber best look elsewhere.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
