I didnt see a recent review so here is one. WE NEED A CALISTHENICS PARK! The staff and maintenance are great. You can text someone from the office instead of physically being there. Maintenance is pretty cool and they get in and get out. They schedule routine inspections on the units, host events, and make sure the property is maintained. The other comment was right. The staff spend the day writing their own comments and trying to wipe out negative comments. Don’t believe it? Look at the comments here... how they slide things in like the electricity set up, the kids and home, how it’s like a condo, and all different kinds of people in each comment. very narrow walkway around it so you won’t be lounging out by the ducks on a summer afternoon. All the good, 90% of the good maint staff left years ago, the current folks are understaffed and seem to care less. And the rent is tons more than anywhere else. Sign up and be miserable.

Anyone else think the arborview staff sits in the office writing these reviews? After living there, I’m thinking just the opposite of their reviews. Matter of fact... pretty sure they just copied the text from their promotional literature. Unless a duck pond is important to you, save three hundred dollars a month and go to one of the nearby apartments. Same thing, just no ducks.

This is by far the best apartment community I have lived in thus far. I am active duty military and I was searching for a reasonably priced, safe location close to Keesler AFB and this was the best property I toured hands down. called to keep me updated on the first one that came available which has been a huge help to my mother. Once we moved in the apartment was the cleanest property I have ever moved into so far throughout my military career. We had minimal to no cleaning to do at move in as everything was immaculate and there were minimal discrepancies to note (mainly just normal wear and tear) which you can tell they keep maintained very well. Our patio railing needed needed to be replaced due to rust which they already had on order before we arrived and replaced within 2 days of move in!! Super fast service. The maintenance staff are amazing too. Whenever you need something fixed they are on top of it especially if it is a maintenance emergency. The on call maintenance respond quickly to fix maintenance emergencies and they are always very polite and professional no matter what time of day. I'd like to send a special thanks to Steven who was our on call maintains man. He is excellent!! This community is the best kept, and most convenient location to Keesler AFB, shopping, restaurants, beach, casino's, etc and I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks to the Arbor View staff for making this military move experience a smooth and welcoming experience!!!!

I moved in July 1, 2016. The apartment was spotless; the fixtures shined. Even though my second day in the apartment was a Saturday, one of the maintenance men was there to connect the washer and dryer.
The staff has been very helpful and professional

We have lived at Arbor View going on five years. The staff and maintenance personnel are above great. They are extremely professional. They take pride in where they work. In a number of apartment complexes, personnel are here one day and gone the next. The staff at Arbor View has been constant since we have lived here. There are many actives for residents. We have lived in Arbor View for 5 months. When we first moved in things were very nice and they still are. Little things have needed fixing but that is everywhere. The only thing that I do not like is that we are told which power company we use. Mississippi power just so happens to be the Highest power company around. Our apartment gives you a check if somebody moves in and says you referred them, that is very nice. And if anything needs fixing they are very quick to come and fix the problem.
