August 25, 2025This is the best place I have stayed at in Savannah so far. The staff are amazing! They made the application and move in process a breeze, all the people in the community are friendly. It’s nice and quiet here. It’s clean and free of dog poop. Maintenance is always available when you need them. The amenities are nice. What are you waiting for ? WOW WOW and WOW!!!
August 23, 2025We relocated from PIttsburgh, PA to Port Wentworth, GA. Less than a week and feel like we are home already! The bathrooms are huge as are the bedrooms! The open concept kitchen is absolutely gorgeous with great aesthetics, ergonomics and beautiful quartz countertops. The laundry room is conveniently located off kitchen and living areas. Coming from a 4,300 sq ft home this place didn't miss a detail in quality, functionality and much needed storage.Property Manager Responded

August 22, 2025I can’t say enough wonderful things about this community! From the moment I moved in, it felt like home. The townhomes are thoughtfully designed, cozy yet spacious, and everything is so well maintained. The landscaping is always beautiful, and you can tell a lot of care goes into keeping the property looking its best. What I love most is the peaceful atmosphere—it’s quiet, safe, and filled with the kindest neighbors. Management has been nothing but attentive and responsive, always going above ...and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and cared for. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both taken care of and truly part of a community, but that’s exactly what this complex offers. Absolutely love!
March 14, 2025I toured Arbor View today and I fell absolutely in love! The two bedroom was the perfect for me. The kitchen was open and flowed right into the large living space. It is hard to find an apartment or townhome that will fit my large cloud couch! I know my couch will fit after touring today and have extra room for my dining table! I was most excited to find out you also get your own private attached garage! I would 100% recommend Arbor View. Ashley was so helpful during the tour.Property Manager Responded
