Stay far away
February 17, 2020Stay far away from this property. It used to be nice, but it has changed ownership many times recently and has gone down hill. The apartments are overpriced and and not sound proofed at all. Be prepared to hear everything your neighbor says, watches, and does. Now that animals are allowed, there is mess everywhere and the smell is awful in the summer. The manager does not care about the tenants. She talks about tenants to other tenants (mentioning names and apartment numbers). Dog poop everywhere!
November 19, 2019The apartments inside are nice and decent. Gloria and Mike are nice people the only down fall is the people that has dogs and the neighbors from around that bring their dogs over to the the apartments to poop. The dog owners never clean up after the dogs poop. The neighbors simply cross the street back home after their animals poop. It’s ridiculous! You get feed up with it after them doing it for a long period of time. There is always poop on the hills and kids can not play because they get poop ...all over them. I love dogs but this people don’t have common sense to clean up after the dogs. Horrible property!!!
March 23, 2019Don't move here! Really went downhill after being bought by Henssler properties! Dishonest and crooked company. Staff is the worst! Property manager, maintenance man and courtesy officer are real creeps and will not help good tenants. Very very noisy and nasty!Review from Apartments.com
