It is time to renew my lease, and I must say there is no reason why I would choose to move other than the fact that I never stay in one place long. The staff and maintenance are very helpful and responsive. They organize activities for the guests. They apartment is very nice. It is usually very quiet. No complaints!

We basically chose this apartment for the dining room, I don't regret it one bit. The windows in the dining area shine into the kitchen and keep it bright and beautiful. Huge walk in closet, it's big enough to be a small bedroom lol! 5. The water is so clean coming out of the tap, it has no taste so you don't need to worry about using bottled water to cook or make drinks. 6. It's quiet, I definitely can't hear my neighbors through the walls, thank god, and only occasionally hear the dog upstairs. He seems like a Good Boy so I'm not mad. 7. Speaking of dogs, they have a dog park! And a playground, and 2 saltwater pools, and a fitness center. They have activities as well, and free giveaways. They definitely seem to be trying hard and very friendly! 8. It feels like a really safe place, and I know it is! I had packages sitting outside my apartment door overnight before I moved in, and nothing was stolen. The door has double dead bolts and the community is gated.

This is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived at. The staff and maintenance people are super friendly and very helpful with any issues that arise. They are also always planning events for the complex and giving back to their residents. The apartments themselves are nice, and I have not had any issues with bugs, noise, or any other real issues.

I am about to spend my 3rd Christmas with Arbor Village. It is truly a great place to live! My neighbors are always so friendly and courteous, the staff always promptly handles my work orders and any issue I may have with a friendly vibe. One of the greatest things is that I feel secure. The property is gated and very well lit at night. I would recommend this property to anyone!

First off we lived in a 1BR 1BA which in the pictures looks as if has hardwood floors where the dining room and the small hall way are but this is not the case, at least not with the one we had. The only hardwood is in the kitchen and bathroom. Furthermore, the first day whenever we moved in my husband and I killed hundreds of roaches in the kitchen and bathroom areas, in one night!! THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!! We went to the office about this and were told that this is normal and ...

our apartment had just been sprayed for them but they would send the company again. The company came and sprayed and it seemed like things got better but within a few days they were back in high numbers again. Each time the company came and sprayed after seemed to make the situation worse. I started finding the roaches in the living room and dining areas as well as the cabinets. We went and purchased bait traps and sticky traps and had them sitting in every window and by every door as well as in every kitchen cabinet and the sticky traps in front of the dishwasher and stove. We couldn't use the dishwasher it was infested with the roaches too. Every time we would open it they would run and be all over the inside on the bottom of it. We eventually just kept a sticky trap inside of it and hand washed all dishes. Do yourself a favor and do not chose this place. The dumpster is right beside a section of the apartments and while it is a rule to keep your trash taken out, residents like to not put the trash in the dumpster and every weekend it is absolutely overflowing with trash all over the stairs. When people are trying to get rid of old unwanted furniture they sit it right outside the dumpster and it sits there for weeks. Whenever we moved out we waited over a month and hadn't heard anything from them. Then we got a letter in the mail dated over a week old and saying we had 14 days from the date of the letter to pay the charge or they would turn us into their collections department. We had paid a $65 cleaning fee upon move out included in our last rent but they still charged us a $90 extra fee for "pet cleaning." We never had a pet in the apartment. It is a pretty quiet community but you can hear the train at night which wasn't that bad. It is close to the beach and shops but it is difficult to get in or out of the complex on busy times during the day.

I lived here while stationed at Keesler, coming directly from overseas I did not have much time to pick a place out. Moving in they were very helpful and were able to get me moved in quickly. The apartment is right off a very busy road, it is difficult coming to and leaving the apartment complex. The gym is pretty small its easily crowded with more than 2 people in it, they have a water dispenser but its always empty. Moving out cost me about $300 $140 of it was tacked on after we left really not ...

that big of a deal however I did not get the bill until a month after they sent it and with it came a letter from a collection agency.. Seriously? 1 month? No phone call, email, nothing just sent it straight to collections.
