Moved here two years ago in an emergency to recover from the financial hit from COVID. The dirtiest place I have ever lived. Trash everywhere, dog poop everywhere. Stray animals everywhere. All requests for routine maintenance were ignored and never completed. When I finally told them I was breaking my lease due to lack of repair and after a screaming match with the owner, he showed up with a ladder to replace a lightbulb in the 15 foot ceiling, after he told me it was my responsibility. requested repairs over the phone, via text, and in writing without any response. Cars are regularly broken into including ours. The gates never work and the entire fence line on the south of the property line is demolished giving easy access to the vagrants that regularly walk through the complex. The laundry mat is a favorite place for the homeless to sleep and our neighbors have told us about their clothes being stolen on the few times they tried to use the facilities. There are places that are newer and charge about the same, in the neighborhood, keep looking.
