October 25, 2025I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others before they make the same mistake. • Pest infestation: Despite keeping my home extremely clean and using my own pest-control products, roaches continue to appear daily including baby roaches, which clearly indicates a larger building infestation. Multiple tenants have had the same issue, yet it remains unresolved. • Poor value for the high rent: Rent is extremely expensive for the quality of living conditions here. • ...Management issues & lack of follow-through: Even when concerns are reported, they are often dismissed or handled slowly, leaving residents frustrated. Promises made regarding rent agreements or maintenance don’t always match actions. • Rapid move-outs in the building: Nearly every other resident in my hallway has moved out.
