    It’s very nice friendly neighborhood some of the residents let their kids run too freely and the dogs are popping where they shouldn’t but all together it’s a nice place to live

    Very nice area, people are very nice and not too noisy. I like how the pool is open year round so if I wanted to swim I have the option. Has a nice area to walk your dogs. The apartments are nice and at a good price for what you get.

    Overall it’s a decent complex. Maintenance is horrible when it comes to work orders. I’ve have had things pending for months to get fixed. The excess amount of weed smoking in here is getting ridiculous

    It’s so far ok here. Very quiet and maintenance come when you need them to. The only thing I’m trying to adjust to is pets that are not on leashes cats and dogs.

    I am pleased with the improvements that have been made in the last year which includes the power washing of the buildings and repaving of the parking lot. Office staff is always very nice.

    The community is generally very quiet and peaceful, creating a comfortable place to live. The grounds are well maintained and kept clean, which adds to the overall appeal.     We've been waiting on the dryer to be fixed for at least three weeks. It takes weeks and weeks to get anything fixed. HIRE SOME PEOPLE! The office people are rude and could care less about apartment issues.

    Everything was great. Just don’t want to deal with neighbors anymore. Maintenance crew fixed everything in a timely matter. The rent is affordable.

    It’s nice and quiet and hidden from the main road! There’s also a car washing station, pool, gym, and business center, so I feel really lucky to get to live here.
