October 25, 2025I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others before they make the same mistake. • Pest infestation: Despite keeping my home extremely clean and using my own pest-control products, roaches continue to appear daily including baby roaches, which clearly indicates a larger building infestation. Multiple tenants have had the same issue, yet it remains unresolved. • Poor value for the high rent: Rent is extremely expensive for the quality of living conditions here. • ...Management issues & lack of follow-through: Even when concerns are reported, they are often dismissed or handled slowly, leaving residents frustrated. Promises made regarding rent agreements or maintenance don’t always match actions. • Rapid move-outs in the building: Nearly every other resident in my hallway has moved out. September 24, 2025The complex itself is lovely, and everybody is very kind. However I'm not super pleased with the service requests. I found black mold in my apartment and made a service request and it took 5 days for them to come take care of something that was a health hazard. Also not super pleased that I've only lived in this apartment for a month and a half and the black mold issue should have been looked at and cleaned before I ever moved in. September 14, 2025I've not enjoyed not seeing or hearing any movement on my maintenance requests. My apartment was not checked out before I moved in, that is obvious to me. The gym is not available. The outdoor grill in the pool area is inoperable. The ice machine in the common area is inoperable. Packages are not delivered to lockers. Overall the attention to detail is very lacking.
