I would truly rather be couch hopping than live here one more day. I have never left a bad review and it truly takes a lot for me to get to this point. For starters, my air has broken repeatedly (more than 5 times) in less than a month. It is regularly over 92 degrees in my apartment and I have pets as well. The office is extremely aware of this situation and have done the absolute bare minimum to assist me. They will not fix my air, only supply me with a window unit that will barely cool ...
anything. Then on top of that, they require a 60 day notice to not renew your lease, which I understand is pretty standard. However, they just informed me that they are going up on my rent in less than 60 days notice, so now I cannot afford to live here so I literally have to leave. When I told them this, because I didn’t give a 60 day notice (because I never planned to leave until my rent was going up), they are requiring me to stay an extra month and charging me even though my lease will technically be up. I have rented at several other apartments over the years and and I have never had issues like this. It truly is an awful place ran by truly cruel, apathetic people. Again, couch hop before you rent here.
