Security and hassle-free management style

Area in which the property is located is a high crime area and the property has absolutely no security! The complex itself is beautifully landscaped and nested in a woodsy area with many areas to walk pets; however, many residents do not keep their animals on a leash nor pick up behind their pets as stipulated by the lease agreement . Infrastructure is in dire need of repair and the apartments themselves specifically the bottom apartments have issues with black mold. For future tenants looking ...

Lock your door and bolt down your possestions otherwise one of these thieves will take it. Grounds keepers hire men to upkeep the lawn every other day but can't invest in camers or better locks on the doors. No gate so people just drive in and out all night I swear and I don't even think they live here. Very noisey all I hear are ambulances and police sirens during the day and night. I thought this was a decent community.

The management was really understanding and helpful getting my fiancé and I into an apartment. The pool is very nice with lots of space for relaxation. The whole property is very serene and kept up. I have two large dogs and the pet park is perfect for them. There’s also plenty of grass spaces all around to walk them in.

I advise you to not stay here. They try to assure you that they will fix things. They stretch it out and ultimately your issue won't get solved. The upkeep of this apartment community has decreased significantly. It is definitely not worth it. They trick you with the move-in specials to reel you in. Don't fall for it! Great experience with Arbor Walk! From the beginning they were so helpful and continued throughout my 3 year stay! Such a nice, clean, and quiet place to live! The staff is friendly and the grounds are kept up! I wish I wasn't moving or I would have stayed longer!
