quit rural single story efficiency-1&2 bdrms also each has own sidewalk and front yard 1&2 bedrms also have privat outdoor patio and also utility room w washer dryer hook up though there is laundry facilties on site each apt also has attick with pull down stairs outdoor maintence company keeps lawn great 1 1/2 mile from mosquito lake which has boating camping beach swimming picnic areas you get more parking spots then needed manage veery responsive
