Aboretum Village is a hidden gem. The staff Nikki and Alex are amazing and professional. They go above and beyond for tenants. In addition, they work extremely hard to put on fun festive events for tenants. Everyone I have met upon moving are warm and friendly from retirees to students it is a great place to live.

Seems nice at first but…

Theses look nice from the outside. Once you move in you’ll see shoddy work, like paint and scuffs on the stairs, my shower was disgusting when I moved in, they had to bring someone in to redo the shower floor. It’s incredibly buggy and if you say anything you get the answer “Well, it’s NC”. The community is a revolving door. In 2 years I’ve had 3 next door neighbors in the townhouse next to me. And don’t get me started on the parking. They assigned spots but people park in handicapped and striped ...

spots. Or they’ll park in your assigned spot. If you complain they tell you that YOU should call the tow company.

As we were selecting our unit and completing our lease agreement they made the process easy and answered all questions. I looked at so many places before & after seeing this place I fell in love with Arboretum Village.
