Horrible apartment management
July 23, 2024I have never lived in a worse managed place. Our apartment would be cute if it didn’t have so many issues. When we moved in there was a hole big enough in the windowsill that you could stick a finger through it, the floors were broken in multiple spots, the cabinets under the kitchen sink were caving at the base, the list goes on and on. These issues took weeks to fix (mostly just because that’s how long it took for maintenance to finally show up). Then our kitchen light went out and it took ...almost three weeks for them to fix, which they did by replacing the old light cover with a new one that was already cracked. Now our kitchen light has been out again for a week and they have yet to make an appearance despite speaking with the office multiple times. The management team has done nothing to help and will not call back if you leave a voicemail, which is what you generally have to do since they rarely answer the phones. We never expected a luxury apartment but at the very least we would like the bare minimum of everything to be in decent repair and working. We have every intention of leaving the second our lease is up. I do not recommend living here.Property Manager Responded

Water leaks & trash left out
December 2, 2023Multiple water leaks in my unit and maintenance orders have been closed before without it being fixed. I'm still waiting for maintenance to fix the damage from a new leak. The trash compactors overfill fast and people leave theirs in yards. I've also had packages stolen and the gate only works about once every 3 months, so it really isn't a gated community. I have tried calling the office many times, always going to voicemail. 2 stars for location and to prove this review wasn't written when I ...was angry for them not answering the office phone again!Property Manager Responded

This Place Is the Worst! Don't Move Here!!!
April 22, 2023Don't move here!! Honestly they need to shut this place down. The management changes at least twice a year and it gets worse every time... Piping in the building needs to be redone in all of them. The breeze way in the buildings are always dirty because the valet trash that you have to pay for is always spilling trash on the stairs. Maintenance is terrible and basically useless...They might come look at the issue weeks after the complaint only to not fix anything until it's time to renew the ...lease. September 5, 2022I can’t wait for my lease to end, to move out from this apartment. If you put your work order down it take them ages to come and fix it, have been complaining about my patio storage is not open since about four months ago up till now nothing is done, bedroom door is not close very well put the work order two months ago nothing is done up to this moment. June 16, 2021My best experience has been with the staff, they are kind, courteous and willing to assist, however, there is only so much they can do with limited resources. The property owner needs to invest in updating old and outdated heating and cooling systems, parking lot repair & landscaping.Property Manager Responded

June 11, 2021Do not judge the outside appearance. It may look like a nice apartment on the outside but once living here youll notice the noise is extremely excessive, partly due to poor construction but also the residents dont seem to have any consideration of how loud they. Also, they drive too fast in the parking lot. Almost hitting residents - children, animals alike!Property Manager Responded
