    I recently had to move out because my apartment needed to be renovated, which I completely understand. I really loved my apartment home! The community is so well taken care of, and Jessica has been so great to me over the years. It's been a wonderful place to live!

  • 5 stars based off tour

    I didn’t get the chance to move in when looking for my first apartment but the neighborhood is great a-lot of stuff is around the apartments and is walking distance too. Great for a one person or a young couple. The prices are amazing compared to other places I’ve seen. The one bedroom has a nice size no where close to a small bedroom. I had a awesome tour person and she explained everything well every question asked was answered and understanding. They also have the option to have a washer and ...
    dryer or not where most places at this price would have hook up only or nun at all i don’t bout y’all but i need mines in unit. One more thing I’m a person that really picky where i live because i don’t want to have to deal with bugs, mice or what ever else and from what i seen it look CLEAN!!!!! I recommend this place to a lot of people looking for their first apartment and it’s basically in the middle of town north and east.

    Multiple warnings of dangers that are ignored. I’m a grown man and getting disrespected for asking a simple question. This will WILl be an airport slum in 10 years unless MAJOR renovations are done

  • Excellent Choice

    I lived at the Arbors of Gahanna for eight years, and my experience was excellent. The facilities, services and management were all equally excellent. My apartment (Aspen style) was quiet, clean and spacious. Should I need another apartment in the Columbus area down the road, I would return to the Arbors

  • Awesome living

    Living in the Arbors is peaceful because of the angle of a single bedroom apartments, and yet healthy living, with health club, pool and tennis courts. The clubhouse is clean, and management very polite. I have lived in many communal apartments/condos, and this is by far the best for reasonable costs.
