Every great property has its PROS/CONS
July 6, 2017The Arbors on Taylor apartment complex is a quiet and safe community perfect for 1-2 people. I stayed at Arbors for 13 months. While I stayed here I was treated with respect and exceptional hospitality. Vicki is the property manager and was always very helpful with my packages and telling me what was events were happening in the area. Most apts do not offer washer n dryers in the apt but Arbors does which was a plus for me and the hardwood floors, you just can’t be that for the price you are ...paying. Maintenance has always been helpful. Stu and his team really know what they are doing. They always perform their tasks effectively and efficiently. There is a hospital across the street and a fire department next door. Sometimes the fire dept will do monthly test on their alarms in the early a.m, they may wake you up if you aren’t already up. My only concern while living here were the bugs. I lived on the first floor so maybe it was an easy access but every night I would have to kill HUGE waterbugs/roaches sometimes 4 in one night. Stu sprayed my house at least once a week but this overall made my decision to move when my lease was up. Overall The Arbors on Taylor is a great place to live, quiet neighborhood, good price and easy commute to everything in Montgomery.Property Manager Responded

Corporate Apartment
April 24, 2017I was in a corporate apartment(fully furnished, all utilities included) for 19 months. I arrived in Montgomery with only my suitcase in hand. I found the living space clean, quiet and suiting all of my needs. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and available. This is the perfect location for any professional person arriving in the area to start a new career. I would lease from them in the future and recommend Arbors to anyone. October 5, 2015The Arbors on Taylor are perfect for single people or college students. The one bedroom apartments have hardwood floors, new black sleek appliances, and washer & dryers installed. The clubhouse is phenomenal with a modern kitchen & living area. The blue sparking pool is a great compliment also. They are located on Taylor Road. Being a college student these apartments are great for me. I live right across the street from my school & also the hospital. There is a mall down the street & many stores ...in my area. The price is decent & I have felt safe since I moved over here a year ago. Knowing my costly expenses from college this would be an amazing privilege .Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
