ROACHES and Violence
October 25, 2023I don’t even know where to start. This is the nastiest place I’ve ever lived. Roaches in my clock stove the week of moving in and I’m a very clean person. Shootings, stabbings, yelling in the roads. Dog crap everywhere.. my boy even got sick from it. The office is rude and will ignore you. Please don’t even think about this place. April 26, 2023I have lived here for almost 2 years now and everything is a fight to make it happen. Customer Service is non existent unless you have time to go spend an hour sitting in the front office. The extra fees are ridiculous considering half of the amenities are not usable. He is the business center that is never open and doesn’t even have a printer, the lackluster tennis court that is always covered in Dog poop, or the gym that might have 1 treadmill working at a time. It’s not safe here either. With ...the front gates not being I use for months now. Shootings and swat being called and stabbings. I recommend looking elsewhere that is cheaper and doesn’t have any “amenities” rather than paying extra for a place that doesn’t even have the things it talks about but charges for anywhere.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 16, 2022I would NOT apply to live in this apartment complex EVER AGAIN!!!! Leasing office is terrible they do not care about your needs. Maintenance move on their own time, emergency or non-emergency they come when they want. If they ever come! Not safe, high crimes and management doesn't care!
May 5, 2022Been here year and half. Had my windshield broke less 2 months in along with 8 other cars. 2 days ago my Cadillac converter cut out of my car and all the under carriage damage cost me $2,164.00 I called and reported to cops and also asked for the business office to rent one of the garages. They never got back to me so I had to see them. Out of all the garages they claim none available in the whole complex but there us to be tons available. She said lately everyone wants one, yes because of the ...crime. I even had a guy block me in and when I got away he chased me through the complex with another car, just as he pulled along side me I cranked up my stereo and dialed 911. He heard the operator say 911 what's your emergency and speed off. They said upon showing this to use its a safe secure complex. When I just told the office lady what we were told she laughed and said nothing is fully safe and secure.
