I have been living here for a little under two months, and this is absolutely the worst place I have ever lived! The property manager could care less about what's going on. I have had 3 incidents with this place so far, none of which were resolved at a satisfactory level. I'm hoping this last incident will allow me to move elsewhere because I just can't imagine what these next 10 months are going to bring. I will say that the office staff are very nice and helpful and I am very grateful for the
...help that they were capable of providing to me.

I would love to say that my opinion about this place has changed, but unfortunately that is not the case. Since my last review, I have encountered another incident that I had before at this place. My apartment flooded about 3 weeks ago and I was told that I would be able to move to another unit. At that time I expressed that I was concerned about how I would have some trouble with moving expenses as I would have no one to help me move. Initially, I saved up to hire movers. They told me they had to get the ok from the owners. 3 weeks ago. Fast forward to 2 days ago, my apt flooded AGAIN!! Still no answer from the owners. Meanwhile, my 6 & 1 yr old are being subjected to breathing in mold fumes and possibly slipping and falling while getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom because it had rained. I'm inclined to believe that prior to me moving in, they already knew that my apt was prone to flooded because they have 3 other units on my (ground) floor and they haven't put anyone else in them and from the looks of it, haven't been for a while. I'm really at a disadvantage because I'm on a fixed income and cant afford to move somewhere else right now. So I'm pretty much a sitting duck
