  • DON’T MOVE HERE!!!! MAJOR BUG ISSUES

    Do not waste your time, money or energy moving here. Had a major bug issues, put in a request, and it took them over 3 weeks to acknowledge the issue and that was after numerous emails were sent. When the pest control finally come to our apartment they said the issue had gotten so bad, that it’ll take weeks to fix and they wish the community notified them earlier. To make matters worse, they will not let out of our lease or move units and expect us to live amongst bugs and insects. This is an ...

  • Being hit hard with crime!!!

    ****DO NOT let the beautiful look of this place during the daytime fool you as you take your ride to look at an empty unit, and throughly look through these recent reviews!!!!! A lot of the 5 star ratings come from a monthly survey where residents can generate points for discounts, so do not be fooled***** This weekend alone there were multiple break in’s to several first floor apartments AND another resident woke up to her car sitting on cinderblocks with her wheels missing…stock wheels not ...
    even anything fancy!!! There were other break ins a couple weeks back as well as a VIOLENT CAR JACKING. Of course there is crime everywhere but is has been alarmingly increasing here and the calls for safety and security have fallen on deaf ears. We pay ALOT of money to live here and we also PAY for the security gate, but it ALWAYS broken!!! People are always driving through the wrong side of the gate to gain access into the apartments…this has almost caused accidents as well as angry confrontations due to residents being frustrated. The lighting needs to be stepped up at this complex. In the courtyard near building 17, someone knocked out the lamp and made the area pitch black (still like that a month later) and coincidentally an apartment was broken into there. I couldn’t imagine being a female coming home late from work or wherever else because there are times when I feel like I am having to look over my shoulders….even while walking my dog now. There needs to be better lighting installed EVERYWHERE!!!! They also need to make sure this place is patrolled by the police department OR hire someone for security to ride around at night. This place was just bought out about 2 months ago…they got rid of all of the former maintenance guys beside a couple (Jonathan is one of the greatest assets this place will ever have) and the new maintenance workers are not friendly at all. You wave to them or say hi and they don’t even acknowledge you at all, it’s just an unfriendly feeling now when you’re walking throughout this “beautiful neighborhood”. Work orders are not being taken care of promptly, calls or emails don’t get answered in a timely manner….but yet they want to start installing smart home technology…how about you work on making sure the residents, who are paying a lot of money to live somewhere nice, feel safe and secure in their own homes.

    Safety has gone down the drain. In the past 2 months there have been countless break-ins, car jacks, or tires being stolen. Don’t expect things to change with UDR in charge.. they don’t seem to care about safety or improving the community as there is trash everywhere as well
