Old apartments with bad maintenance and management - overpriced
December 19, 2025We have had plumbing issues constantly while living here. Our toilet has overflowed sewage onto our bathroom floor four times and management refuses to fix the issue. A plumber came out once and tore up our bathroom and left it unusable for over a week with no communication from Managment. We are convinced there’s mold in the walls because we have been congested constantly Since living here. And they require you use their WiFi as part of the lease which is $60 a month or more. Management Lies About Price
March 7, 2024I scheduled a tour (using their website), but the building was locked when I arrived and the management arrived late. She did not acknowledge that I scheduled a tour. I had not checked the prices on their website, just the prices on apartments.com. She told me that the listings on apartments.com were not current and provided me with an estimate that was about $600/month more than what was posted here. I later checked their website to find out that their listing prices were THE SAME as they were ...on apartments.com and she straight up lied to me about their prices to get me to leave.Property Manager Responded

However, if the move-in date is later, the price will change because the pricing is quoted from Yieldstar software (based on market trends as well as supply and demand). don’t move here
July 9, 2022Don't move here. Bug infested apartments and rude staff. Entered my apartment without my knowledge. Is operated by BH property management who are only after the money. Apartment looks nice but neighbors are loud and floors and walls are paper thin. The building next to mine burned down and they blamed the fire dept for my water heater bursting at the same time. I believe it was shorty work done in the first place. Drains and faucet have some kind of mold/mildew that grow out of it and needs to be ...constantly cleaned but even bleach won't kill it. Also all upstairs units are carpet and they neglected to mention that before I moved in since I had only seen a downstairs model. Trash is never consistently picked up and if they miss a Thursday they let it sit outside until Sunday and if a rodent gets into it they won't pick it up. I Love It Here
July 20, 2021I read the other review & it has to be a fake review. Trash valet literally comes everyday. We’ve nicknamed the trash lady Trash Bae. She never misses a beat. Sometimes another company comes by & the most I complain about is leaving my boxes, but that’s not even a real complaint. Another thing is maintenance. Maintenance comes within 24-72 hrs. I have screenshots of my resident portal. Even the one or two times they let my request go a week I called the office & it was handled within 24 hours. ...Emergencies come first. Our grass stay maintained weekly. I would like more interesting community events, but for the most part we happy. June 6, 2021I have lived in this apartment complex for 4 years now. EVER WEEK its the same issues. My garbage gets missed. The valet trash company and office complex staff refuses to fix the issue. Oh by the way - they know its an issue cause they had many complaints from residents. It has gotten so bad at time the garbage has sit there for TWO MONTHS. The office knew the garbage was there and there was an issue - but didn't do anything. I had to call the valet trash company many times due to the office not ...doing anything. Great customer service - said no one ever! Do not move here unless you want to have your garbage sitting outside your door for days, weeks, even a months. March 30, 2021Arbors is the best complex Ive ever lived in; through 20 years of military life with many apartments across the nation. The maintenance team is fast efficient and friendly. The staff is friendly and very helpful. There are lots of walking places for my dog as well as a dog-run area. I love it here !Review from Apartments.com
