I only moved in in august 2025. My apartment had an infestation of brown recluse spiders, which I had to get my own traps for because they give you two little, tiny traps for the whole apartment that does nothing.
At first, when we moved in, the grounds were kept very well, Maintained graspless mode regularl, now it is in april 2026, the office said that they I have gotten a new landscaping company and they're horrible. The grass is extremely tall and as a disabled person with a service.Dog I ...
have to take out and you have to clean up the poop or you will be fined, i have fallen so many times and hurt my back and neck, and they really don't care. They are full of excuses and i'm not even sure you can get the truth out of them.

Arbors is a great place to live in. The apartment is very nice and well maintained. If you ever need something to be fixed they will do it well and quick . Best part is the staff from the office they are very helpful, friendly and diligent. Parking lot gets shoveled promptly during winter. Green areas are always nice and neat. 100% recommended.

The Arbors of Grandview is in excellent care. The maintenance team, Dehuiz, Dewayne, and Clarence all work hard to make sure the maintenance issues are taken care of and even preventative care. They also work hard to make the appearance of the Arbors is in great condition. The units are spacious and lovely.
