Trashy place to live
October 23, 2017This place is all smoke and mirrors! Dont be fooled by the cheap remodeling!! Maintenance men are never around and management may as well be nonexistent. My a.c has been leaking for months and still isn't fixed, and i have a nasty wood roach/water bug problem .which I've notified them several times and even called the head management ARBORS, and they dont give a dang either! Nor have they responded!! Do not lease here. Im trying to get out of here as we speak.. if No stars was an option ,that ...would be suffice!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible
July 22, 2016Do not rent here!! I currently live here, the remodeled features looks nice but are cheap and poorly done. They hardly answer your calls when there is a problem. Maintenance takes months to even fix things and pest control does not do a great job at all (ants and roaches) . You hear shootings every now and then and the walls are super thin. I do not recommend!! Way too expensive to deal with such problems! Do not recommendReview from Apartments.com
