Feels like living in a college dormitory
January 16, 2026This is a new complex and aesthetically, they are extremely nice. However, the builder grade appliances are poorly made and break easily. There is an electrical issue in which the fuses continue to blow on a DAILY basis. Run your washer or dryer, and the fuse will blow. Use an air fryer, the fuse will blow. Do absolutely nothing, and the fuse will blow. I feel as though they rushed the construction on these apartments. My kitchen sink is constantly leaking from underneath and there is a foul ...sewage smell that is very prominent in the summer months. Great starter apartment, but you will learn quickly that living here can sometimes be uncomfortable. There are inspections every 3 months, sometimes every other month and they are quite invasive; looking through your fridge and closets. I have never experienced anything like the management style of this apartment, very intrusive yet they do not repair anything correctly when you actually do call for an issue.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Parking issues
March 9, 2025The parking here is horrible there needs to be parking spaces assigned to each apartment for one vehicle and there needs to be written numbers on the ground. Also there needs to be visitor parking labeled as well. Decals need to be in each vehicle for their space. Each building needs two handicap parking spaces. The community needs a contract with an active tow company as well. Too many hazards within this community that can be avoided regarding vehicles. April 18, 2024Put in an application and was kept coming back to check on the status with no real answers. Was not told anything at all to whether we had the apartment or what, would not return any calls left numerous messages and no one responded. The Best Apartment that I've lived in
April 4, 2024This apartment has structure, rules, and regulations in order to keep residents from destroying the property. There are courtesy officers on the property which deter crime by a certain percentage. The police department is but a few miles away with great response time. Nonsense is not allowed here only those who seek "peace". If you are not a peaceful person then you will not last. Also this is the best management that I've experienced in all my renting history.Review from Apartments.com

August 30, 2022Brand new and nice. Management can be extremely uptight, which makes you just wanna be inside your apartment instead of enjoying any of the amenities.
