Staff is rude and unwelcoming

We went to tour the apartment, but the staff at the front desk was very rude. They went and printed a "No walk-ins and tour only by appointment" sign after we got in and were waiting for them to receive us. They clearly didn't want us to tour the apartment that day and asked us to come in another day. The attitude of the staff towards the potential resident is not ok, don't even want to think what it would be like to deal with them after being a resident.

Don’t rent Here!

My experience living here hasn’t been the best. Poor management, current manager 0 character or professionalism. We’ve had a non working toilets since day 1, have submitted multiple request to get it fixed and all they do is come into our apartment flushed the toilets and left. We had a non working AC for almost a whole week after submitting a work order, went into the office to share my frustration and instead now this people want to figure out a way to make more money out of us. beyond frustrating how people like to take advantage of others while you are under a contract that doesn’t benefit anyone but themselves. Don’t recommend this company or their staff to anyone that is looking to move into a clean, ethical, peaceful ir safe environment for families.

not worth it

Was looking forward to renting here but it’s honestly not worth it. Rude & unfriendly staff who seem uninterested in having new residents coming into their apartment. I don’t have time for this please especially when I approached them with a great attitude. There are other nicer places. Thank you and work on your professionalism

lovely new apartment complex & great staff!

It is a new build apartment complex and I just moved in. The few small things that needed attention are adequately resolved by the service team on-site, mostly within 1 day. The support from the staff (all of them but especially Dominique) is great!

This place is unbelievably beautiful!! Matthew has gone above and beyond for my needs and is simply the best! Dominique, Juan, and Fernando are all very attentive. Maintenance has been amazing as well. When you visit and make Arc your home you won’t be disappointed. Their customer service is superb!!
