It’s a peaceful place to live in and everyone is responsive in the leasing office. Including the maintenance team. I’ve lived here for a couple years now and it feels so much like home.

I've generally had a positive experience. The building feels secure, is quiet, and the residents are respectful. The common areas and the gym are kept clean and well maintained. One improvement I recommend is installing secure package lockers. Being able to retrieve deliveries 24/7 with a code or app would be much more convenient than relying on concierge availability. The staff experience is mixed—some are consistently friendly and professional, while others are less welcoming. The garage could ...

use more regular cleaning, and the garage door seems to malfunction several times a year, sometimes remaining broken for weeks. Given the additional cost, this should be a priority. Snow removal has historically been inconsistent, although it was noticeably better this past winter. Finally, the rooftop is a great amenity but would benefit from more regular landscaping and upkeep. Overall, I've enjoyed living here and I hope management continues to invest in improvements.

I think the leasing staff is incredibly kind and they make it feel like home. They truly know their residents. The complaint is mostly from the neighborhood and the hallway odor. The neighborhood itself is not that nice. Walking to Columbia heights metro I think the city could do a better job of keeping it clean which is obviously not management's fault but it adds to the living experience. As for the hallway odor, think of it as nose/odor blindness that someone has from their own place. I ...

noticed when I first moved in and even today over a year later but no one seems to notice it. It just doesn't smell fresh, like cooking or maybe so many people living there. Not sure but some odor maintenance would help.

I like living here a lot. The leasing agents have been really helpful in getting me the type of experience I need. Maintenance is super responsive. The only issue I have is that the concierge is often not at their post, sometimes has a bad attitude when retrieving my packages, and often doesn't know how to give helpful advice on how to solve problems.

These buildings are clean, quiet, and well-maintained! The maintenance and cleaning teams, in particular, are spectacular. The rooftop and lobby spaces are perfect to do work or spend time in.

This is a great building in a quiet neighborhood within the city. Particularly love the interior courtyard layout in building C. My apartment was not what I consider move-in ready but maintenance addressed the issues very quickly.

We've lived in the middle "B" building since Arcade Sunshine opened in 2019 and have had zero complaints. The building has been maintained and kept clean thanks to the amazing staff -- it still feels like we're living in a luxury hotel. We don't rely on the amenities very much apart from the rooftop, which continues to amaze my friends and family when they come over. We clashed a bit with the management company when the property first opened. I hope they are learning from those who have ...

shared complaints. But it is also incumbent on residents to be respectful and clean up after themselves!

We lived here for a year and a half as management got worse and worse. The apartments have lovely architecture and it’s an absolute scandal how badly they’re managed. Prices jacked up and up and up, covid-unsafe partying, poor-quality fixtures, indifferent management, issues *never* addressed. Back when Andrea worked here it was a pretty nice place to live. I’m so glad we’re moving out. And by the way — they’re advertising our unit for double what we paid. You can find plenty of nicer apartments ...

for less.
