Love the place I live!
August 26, 2019I have been living here for about 7 months now. I really like to the apartment I have and the location where it is. Esther, the apartment manager, is very responsive and has taken care all or our requests. If you are looking for a nice 1 BR apartment, this is the place!Review from Apartments.com
Great place to live
August 26, 2019This is a great place to live, and Esther, is equally great. We moved in a couple of months ago, and Esther was very helpful prior to the move in, during and after. The apartment is the perfect size, kitchen is great and we love that we can have our dog here. Definitely recommend.Review from Apartments.com
Love it here!
April 16, 2019I have lived here for over two years and love this apartment. Esther is so helpful and always very responsive- exactly what I need in a property manager. My needs are always addressed in a timely fashion. My apartment is nicely updated with pretty, durable floors, gorgeous counter top/backsplash, updated bathroom and nice newer appliances. The laundry is available 24/7. With only 12 units, that means I'm never waiting for a machine. I also have a parking spot which is dedicated to me, ...meaning I never have to stress if there will be a spot when I get home. My guests can find ample street parking right on the cross street. We are right between two light rail stops and very close to the 280/87/17/880 on ramps which makes commuting very easy. Additionally, we are close to numerous shopping centers and grocery stores. Overall, I've had a very positive experience living here and would highly recommend it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Love this place
April 16, 2019This apartment has been an excellent place to live. I have been living here for 3years and havent had any issues. The apartment manager is warm, friendly and is always available to answer any questions i may have. The other tenants are friendly too and i havent had any issues with any them at all. The apartment is very spacious and i love the big closet in the bedroom. It is really easy to get around using public transportation and its a quick uber/lyft trip if i want to go out in downtown and ...not have to drive. Overall, the apartment is definitely worth it. I just wish they offered 2/3 bedroom floor plans so i could stay longer (growing family).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
