Office staff is amazing!
August 22, 2024This office staff is by far the best. I came in for a tour close to closing time. They welcomed me in even though it was time to close up and leave. They let me know it was no problem and they would love to help me. They answered all my questions, took me on a tour and was so informative. Customer service is huge to me and seeing such great customer service at Arcadia was refreshing. I am applying and can't wait to live there!Review from Apartments.com
Leasing staff not honest
December 29, 2023The leasing staff agreed to waive administration fee and rent free for the remaining days of November 25th to 30th, in addition to the 2 months rent free for a 1 year lease. I paid application fee and security deposit together $350 to hold the apartment. When I went to get the keys, the leasing staff lied about waiving the rent free for the remaining days of November 25th to 30th, saying we will only give you that deal if you sign an 18-month lease instead of a one-year lease. They knew I have no ...option as my leasing at the other apartment ends on November 27th. They thought I would pay the rent for the remaining days of November 25-30 and move in.
