January 28, 2020My son recently moved to this apartment from out of state. He chose it site unseen. I came to visit him and was very pleasantly surprised at how nice, clean, quiet and beautiful this place is! It is just like the pictures on the website! very safe and alot better with new management.
July 18, 2018I'm a single resident at this property and feel very safe here, especially since we have new management that takes care of the residents. In my most recent year of living here and lease renewal period, I haven't seen any homeless people on the property at all so i'm not sure where the person in the previous review got their information from because it wasn't at this property. If I've ever seen a tow a truck out front, or on the property it would only be there for a specific reason and that's ...for any violators who have parked illegally on the property, which signs are visibly posted. I feel much better now that my lively hood is under new management since they take care of things right away and i'd recommend to any of my friends and family.Property Manager Responded

Worst rental experience of all time.
July 11, 2018A towing company regularly checks the parking lot at night, looking for any reason to tow and make money off of you. I have on many occasions had to confront the homeless sleeping in the club house, using the pool, and entering the gated parking lot. The roof of the complex is poorly built, and floods apartments with each heavy rainfall. The location is poor, police helicopters frequently fly overhead, searching for criminals on the run. The only thing good here is the maintenance man. His name ...is Sergio, and he deserves a raise or promotion.Property Manager Responded
