Enjoyable place to live
May 24, 2024Nice place to live overall. Just a few issues future residents should be aware of. Application process was a little complicated. Miscommunication between the leasing team was an issue back in 2022 at least. I wasn’t told the 4 bed was a townhome I’d be sharing with others who had already been living there. Due to the location, of no fault to the staff, but regardless something future residents should be aware of is the frequent frat parties in the area. It is in the middle of the frat houses, ...close to WMU campus. However, incoming students could walk to campus if they wanted to, and it is nice to hear the Bronco Marching Band practice during football season. Amenities included are a pool and gym, which are very nice. The gym is on the smaller side but still has the essentials. The pool is great during the summer. There’s pool parties every so often with giveaways to boot. Only issue is that unruly residents bring glass when they shouldn’t and get it closed for a couple weeks. This happened at least 3 times last year. They also don’t have bike stands at all buildings, especially the townhomes which are the furthest from campus. All that said, the staff are really cool once you get to know them. They reply to emails in a timely manner. Maintenance is unmatched in their efficiency and quality. There’s resident events they put on every month from pizza parties to tie dye shirts and holiday cookie decorating. They really do care about their residents. Pets are allowed for a fee, but that happens at most apartments. There’s security cameras everywhere. I recommend living here.Property Manager Responded

May 3, 2024Maintenance is always really fast and they’re all very nice. I appreciate all they do! Dylan was my last maintenance man who came to my apartment. He replaced my blinds and fixed my garbage disposal. Scummy Practices and Poorly Maintained Units
October 10, 2022Rude staff at the leasing center and they will take days to process your application just to give your unit up to another applicant in the meantime. They canceled my scheduled tour without notification, which also delayed the application process. When I finally got to see the unit they had available, it was in need of several maintenance work orders and not ready for move-in at all. They will offer you homes outside your price range and move date so that when you give up and go with another ...option, they technically don't have to refund the administration fee. DO NOT LIVE HERE
October 11, 2021The apartment was in a bad condition when we moved in. But when we moved out, they charged us 1000$ in addition to the security deposit. The charges were so unnecessary and you will end up realizing how horrible these management people can be. We are students and we barely have time to stay in the apartment because we worked 50 hours a week on top of the classes. How can we possibly paint over a cracked door? Seriously, do not move into this apartment.Property Manager Responded

We did not receive the proper paperwork from the previous management company that broke down the move in checklists.
