March 3, 2026I absolutely love living in this apartment complex. It’s always very clean, peaceful and well maintained. The community is quiet which makes it such a comfortable and relaxing place to come home to every day. The management and maintenance team do a wonderful job keeping the property looking beautiful and organized. The only small issue is that some residents do not always clean up after their pets I really wish everyone would be more considerate about that. February 10, 2026been here 6 years - it was different the first 3 years appeared more peaceful, cleaner grounds, nicer landscaping work - over the last 3 years changes if staff, apparent landscape contractors and residents it has gone a little downhill not to mention with dog poop, all the data centers popping up all around the facility causing traffic getting in and out of the community, noise and air pollution! we have changed filters every two weeks in our apartment and there’s is constant dust in the air ...and on everything in the apartment. The data centers have taken away from the aesthetic value if the site.Property Manager Responded

January 30, 2026Overall good experience at Arcadia. The clubhouse and gym are nice. Maintenance team is great here! The apartments are nice size and the grounds are kept up with. They have monthly events at the clubhouse which are included with the yearly activity fee.Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026We really enjoy living in this apartment complex. It’s a great environment with a welcoming atmosphere, well-managed by an excellent management team. The maintenance staff is truly amazing—always responsive, professional, and helpful, just as they have consistently been. The only thing I wish for is that residents with pets would please clean up after them and keep their pets on a leash, so everyone can continue to enjoy the community comfortably. December 18, 2025Staff are friendly, facilities reasonably well maintained. Noise from upstairs neighbor remains a major nuisance despite repeatedly sharing concerns, and includes incessant stomping, slamming of toilet seats, and vacuuming during quiet hours (past 10pm and before 8am). I have had to sleep with headphones on since occupying unit. Disappointed an apartment complex self-advertised as 'luxury' does not have sufficient enforcement of policy, effective insulation in ceilings/hardwood floors, or any ...mitigation efforts like decibel monitoring. Unfortunately cannot rate higher, as I plan to leave as soon as lease is up.Property Manager Responded

November 23, 2025The place is always kept clean on the exterior constantly and not trashed like most other apartment complexes are. Maintenance team is still fast and efficient.
