Infested with worms. Property Manager was not good.
July 5, 2025Our unit was infested with moths and plasterbag worms. when we brought it to the property managers attention, pest control was sent and told us there was nothing they could do. Lisa refused to let us out of our lease without penalty despite the issue and lack of resolve, and told us that our 8 month old son would be fine if he ate one because he would eat worse at the park. we did not find this funny. they tried to justify it by saying we refused service because i told them no to pest control ...coming to spray every week when it was not helping and i have a baby! Also, the walls are paper thin. you will hear all of your neighbors business. Property isnt really gated because anyone can park by the office and walk to a unit because the gates on the property do not require a fob. Not a luxury place, not worth the price. They didnt even offer any accommodations or to even change units. They did not care at all about our concerns. I’ve rented other properties and this is by far the worse experience with the property manager. So much so that we paid almost 7k to break our lease rather than stay a day longer and STILL sent us a “cleaning fee” in the mail. very disappointed.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
