June 25, 2025I found Arcadia at Carolina Forest by chance on Apartments.com and am so glad I did. Talk about prime location! Located just behind Tanger Outlets with easy access to both 501 and Carolina Forest Blvd, you can get to most places fairly quickly. Tan, Victoria, Patrick, and Ty have been amazing! Friendly and helpful, you couldn’t ask for better staff! The amenities are beautiful and accessible and have been a joy to use. Can’t forget the fact the property is new, so it’s cool to be the first person ...in my unit! Plenty of storage and functional space, it’s a great layout! I love my porch and the fact it’s screened in. The bathroom is so spacious and you can see the attention to detail. I’m so glad to have found my home here at Arcadia at Carolina Forest!Property Manager Responded

June 17, 2025I love how quiet and peaceful it is- it really feels like home. The location could not be better: I can walk to Publix, BJ's is right around the corner and costco is just a quick drive away. So many good restaurants nearby too. The building is clean and nicely kept. The staffs are friendly, responsive and helpful. The whole place feels safe, welcoming and well-run.
