The only thing that’s making it “ok” is the amount of space you get for the price. I’m in a 2bd been here now since July & i LOVE my apartment . Where My problems come in at is 1. The gate has been open since i moved in ... I’ve reached out to the office several times now asking what’s going on with it & when will it be fixed NO RESPONSE!
2. The stairwells are TRASH!! I feel like it should be power washed or something. It’s holding a lot of germs not good with kids & corona virus out here.

lastly 3. Maintenance SUCKS!!!! The emergency hotline they NEVER come for emergency’s per what they say on the call & when they do actually call u back they ask u to fix it if u can or they will come out the next morning & in reality they don’t come until a few weeks later . Smh. Now when they do come out they always get the job done it’s just WHEN they actually get it done. So i say all this to say it’s ok but not good.

I have lived here for a year already and I hate it here. The complex is nasty. Dirty!!!!!!! The complex is too big for just that one trash dumpster (located outside the gates). Its always overflowing and backed up. The gate seems to never work. It'll be good one week and broke the next 2 weeks. The stairwells are dirty by tenants that just don't care about appearance. Trash bags outside their doors for days (some even weeks). Parking sucks!!!!!!! People taking up two parking spots being ...
inconsiderate. My ONLY plus about these apartments, is the actual apartment. I love my apartment. The size, the appearance, and up keep of it. I just hate the outside surrounding it. It was a learning experience for me since these are my first apartments. Kids running around unattended. People stealing your packages. Just a overall bad place to live.

I lived here 3 years & moved June of 2018 and I have no real complaints. Anytime something was broken maintenance came immediately and front office staff is friendly. My only issue was grown people would pull the fire alarm and it sounds off in every apartment and it’s frustrating. Otherwise it was a pleasure.

Very nice community ! Everything included , no water bill my unit came with a free wash an dryer inside 1/bed 1/bath! Management strict tho ! And poor service .. which is why I give it 4 stars .. best bet is to have wifi! Other then that nice , safe and quiet . Besides school are loud and gate stays open for bus but kids wre kids !

These apartments are the worst. The management is even worse. The grounds are littered. The management never walks the property. There is rampant crime. I was leaving the complex last week and it looked like the entire Union City Police Department was at the entrance. I am sure they were taking down one of the many felons that are housed on the property. However, I have to say I am not positive but, we did not receive any notifications about the incident as usual. We are never informed ...
about the numerous incidents of crime and violence that occur on the property. Also, I have to address the unruly children that roam the apartments. Scratching up cars, climbing up the lamp posts, and tearing down the fencing. I also can't forget the children that don't make it to the dumpster when they are taking out the trash. They throw it away at the mail center or just drop it anywhere on the property. Most of the residents are hood and look like they are definitely on someone's most wanted list. They are rude, nasty and have no problem destroying where they live. The sad part is when you complain management does nothing. So there goes life at Arcadia.
