Unsanitary Living Conditions and Ongoing Pest and Pet Waste Issues at Arcadia at StoneCrest

Would not recommend Arcadia at Stonecrest based on my experience living here. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property have become seriously concerning.
There has been a persistent issue with cockroaches in and around the building that does not appear to be adequately addressed. Despite raising concerns, the problem continues, and it feels like pest control efforts are either inconsistent or ineffective.
In addition, common areas and walkways frequently smell strongly of dog urine, ...
and there are multiple spots where it is visibly not being cleaned up properly. On top of that, dog waste is also often left on the grounds and not consistently picked up, which adds to the unsanitary and unpleasant conditions in shared outdoor areas.
What is most frustrating is the lack of visible long-term solutions.
Overall, the property does not reflect the level of care or management residents should be able to expect, and I would strongly caution anyone considering moving here unless significant changes are made to address cleanliness, pest control, and pet waste enforcement in a consistent and effective way.
