February 18, 2026My husband and I have been searching for a new community that would provide us with the amenities that we were looking for as well as friendly neighbors and we found it here at Arcadia at Waterway Hills. From the minute we walked on the property and was greeted by Kristie-Lynn the leasing agent, I knew that this would be the place for us. We loved the open concept of the apartments and also the opportunities to meet new people by the planned monthly activities. The huge walk-in closets were just ...the space that we needed and knowing that a garage and storage space were available to us was a plus. We saw many different places before we made this our home. I love that the property is well kept and the maintenance team is prompt if any issues arise. The entire team here at Arcadia at Waterway Hills is to be commended for their hard work and providing a friendly environment. I attended a few of the planned activities and they are top notch.
