August 7, 2019After living in Arcadia for two years, I have lost count at the amount of times Arcadia’s poor communication and overall greediness has frustrated me. Arcadia’s staff used to have a number of adult workers, and in what I assume was an attempt to save money Arcadia switched to having nearly all student workers which has caused every single problem (big and small) to require an immense amount of effort from the residents to fix, as student workers are usually not prepared to handle the problems we ...bring to them. Arcadia features nice homes and a maintenance staff that genuinely cares, but the stress that the management puts onto student renters is not worth the small upgrade in amenities compared to other Milledgeville living options.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 17, 2019Highly insensitive and rude management. Not understanding at all. Can’t even have a conversation with them. Very rude and condescending. They also never cleaned up the overspray on the windows. Definitely not easy to deal with.Review from Apartments.com
