Great place to live in Concord
September 8, 2024I lived here for two years and I highly recommend living here. Management is great and they try their best to create a welcoming environment. Maintenance team is awesome. They will quickly and professional fix anything. It is conveniently located next to a Lucky's Supermarket and In-Shape Gym. The apartment has a gym, but if you want a gym with sauna and basketball courts like I did you may want to join. The central air conditioning is a big plus.Review from Apartments.com
Please don't even think about it
May 1, 2020Please don't even think about rent an apartment here Let me tell you this my first review, I am not one of the persons who writes review but I think I need to warn any people about this place I lived for one year and it was the worst year of my live! the place is ok and the manager and office staff are good, but the places are horrible the biggest problem is there is not privacy the walls are PAPER THIN, I mean you can here everything the people next to you are doing and mean ANYTHING from ...talking, going to the bathroom having sex, and if you if you get to live with people like me who's work schedule is different that regular 8 to 5 JUST FORGET ABOUT HAVING A NICE DECENT SLEEP, I couldn't sleep for one year I had to wear ear plug for a year and that didn't even block all the noises from the neighbors my kids could hear people having sex at all times anytime of the day, How can you live like that?Property Manager Responded

Nice apartments
December 29, 2019I lived here for a year un a 1 bedroom apartment then moved to a 2 bedroom apartments. Great management, a nice neighborhood, green areas ! Good apartment with efficient management !!!
May 31, 2017We have been living here for the last eight months. It is a very good apartment with amenities like gym, pool, spa etc and with a safe environment. The necessary shops for every day's living and banks are located in a walking distance. We have a 1-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment with a sun-kissed patio and the sweeping view of Mt. Diablo. Most importantly, the apartment management/staff is exceedingly gracious and efficient. They are easy to reach and approachable and handle our complaints and ...requests in a timely and fair way. Special thanks to Lara who personally assisted us from the very first day. She is very helpful and an awesome person. We are also thankful to Jason who is very skillful to understand the tenants' need and provide the support accordingly. They arranged an apartment for us within a very short duration realizing our urgency while we were new in CA. I love to stay in this beautiful apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 21, 2016miss management ...rude behaviour ...bunch of liar what not ...my experience with Arcadian was a nightmare which i dont want to remember still i am writing this review just to warn you people..we fixed an appointment here last Saturday ..we called these ppl several times to make sure everything fine as we had to come 60 miles fro where we are living now ...when we arrived there was couple already sitting there talking to the front desk lady ...the lady told us to sit outside ..we waited b..then ...the lady called us ..showed the apartment nd we liked it ..then she asked to bring the money order ..when we went to bought the money order from a nearby lucky store ...we came exactly after 5 mins then she told us the other couple took apartment as they bought the money before you ...we felt so cheated ..i mean they showed us the same unit they showed to the couple ....when we asked why she did like this ..she had no answeres ..she started showting at me ...i feel thankful that i didnt get the unit ..i mean i dont want to deal with those who dont have value for words...when we again went to lucky to in cash our money order .nd told abt my experience ..they said ...its a bad property ..we get lot of complaints for miss management.....please never come here ...Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
