September 3, 2025Really good community. My experience has been very good so far. The community is so big, I got lost searching for the gym and amenities. The staff is very helpful and maintenance people are very responsive. July 18, 2025Great experience. From move-in to almost 1 year later, it’s been a great living experience. I’ve had minimal maintenance issues. I like that common areas like hallways, pool, fitness center, etc. are cleaned regularly. Leasing staff are friendly. Conveniently located. Units are nice. March 26, 2025The management team of Michelle and Morgan is easy to work with and they are welcoming and professional. My mother and I moved to Atlanta about a week ago and although the noise level (we face the freeway) will take some getting used to, we like the building and are enjoying discovering our new area. The apartment itself is well kept, but the appliances in our unit are old and very basic. They are adequate if not luxurious. We requested safety bars in the master bathroom and it was done the ...same day we moved in. We are hopeful that we will continue to like our new apartment.Property Manager Responded

February 15, 2025Things are improving, though not ideal, as the staff is still not fully staffed. However, when issues arise, they do make an effort to address them promptly. November 14, 2024While this building has so much potential to be incredible, the upkeep falls far below expectations. Maintenance requests often go unresolved, and issues like the trash compactor create an unbearable odor that seeps into hallways and apartments. The smell is overwhelming and seems to linger despite efforts to address it. To make matters worse, sewage problems have been affecting multiple floors, including mine, leaving residents in a situation that feels increasingly uninhabitable. Paying premium ...rent to endure conditions that impact health and comfort is disheartening. Until these critical issues are addressed, living here is a real challenge.Property Manager Responded
