December 17, 2025This is the only community that I have re-signed a lease. I’m on my fifth year. The staff is great, they have promptly addressed all concerns, and really care about the community. December 2, 2025Living at the Arches of Glendale has been a positive experience, and I can honestly say things have continued to get better over time. The community has improved, maintenance has become more responsive, and the overall atmosphere feels noticeably more welcoming than when I first arrived. I appreciate the upgrades, the cleaner grounds, and the effort that’s clearly being put into making this a more comfortable place to live. However, the constant increase in fees is becoming extremely irritating. ...While improvements are appreciated, the steady rise in costs feels unnecessary and takes away from the progress being made. Residents shouldn’t have to feel like every positive change automatically comes with a higher price tag. Stability and transparency in pricing would go a long way in keeping people satisfied and rooted in the community. The staff is very helpful and maintenance people are very responsive. I like that common areas like hallways, pool, fitness center, etc. are cleaned regularly. Leasing staff are friendly. Conveniently located. Units are nice.
