I recently moved into Arches at Glenridge. I don’t usually draw conclusions quickly, but Arches deserves an exception because of its exceptional quality. Even small features like an AI chatbot for maintenance requests compared to the traditional method are incredibly convenient and user-friendly. Loving it so far!

Love our neighbors… property needs to fix the “open hallways” it’s 15-20 degrees hotter in the halls than outside since they never finished the project.

From touring to signing my lease and move in, this has been probably the best apartment and experience I ever had. I love my apartment, the staff is extremely helpful, understanding and welcoming. Ang issue they handle it immediately and I genuinely like that. The cleanliness, the quality and care of the community are all 10/10 for me. They even had a welcome bag for me when I picked up the keys to my apartment, that really touched my heart.

This complex is great. I’ve lived here 3 years now. It’s quiet and a respectful community. I’ve only had 2 maintenance issues the whole time I’ve been here which I feel is rare for complexes these days. The staff is very responsive and friendly.

This is the only community that I have re-signed a lease. I’m on my fifth year. The staff is great, they have promptly addressed all concerns, and really care about the community. The noise is minimal and I’ve had a few problems while I’ve lived here. Definitely recommend!

Living at the Arches of Glendale has been a positive experience, and I can honestly say things have continued to get better over time. The community has improved, maintenance has become more responsive, and the overall atmosphere feels noticeably more welcoming than when I first arrived. I appreciate the upgrades, the cleaner grounds, and the effort that’s clearly being put into making this a more comfortable place to live. However, the constant increase in fees is becoming extremely irritating. ...
While improvements are appreciated, the steady rise in costs feels unnecessary and takes away from the progress being made. Residents shouldn’t have to feel like every positive change automatically comes with a higher price tag. Stability and transparency in pricing would go a long way in keeping people satisfied and rooted in the community. Overall, it’s a good place to live—just ease up on the fees.
