Signed my lease and car was stolen 2nd night living here
February 8, 2025I moved from out of state to arches at hidden Creek short term three month lease While I look for a home to purchaseand on the second night of me living here someone stole my Jeep Wrangler out of the covered parking space. This is a gated community after 9 PM that sure didn’t stop them. I went off of reviews when I found this place looked good. I just feel like I made a terrible mistake by moving to this area. I’m writing this review to keep people aware of my situation. I requested the office ...send out a warning email to others and I don’t think they’ve done so as of yet it’s best to let the community know what’s going on around them so everybody can watch out for each other. I also spoke with the neighbor that lives at the complex next to me and he said that his neighbor‘s car was broken into as well, but not completely stolen best thing to do is get a Apple AirTag hide it in your car and a wheel lock if you were to move here.Property Manager Responded

October 2, 2023I love living here and it’s so close to everything. 10 minutes commute to work. Management is responsive and they will go out of their way to help you. Apartments are great and the rent is affordable. I can hear noises from neighbors inside and outside. It’s quiet most of the time. Also, there is some road noise. Utilities are included aside from water and cable. The A/C during the hot months was inexpensive and not even close to what other apartments stated during my apartment search.
