April 9, 2025We chose so break out lease so they could fix up the spot and get new tenants in. Recently Transferred in March to a bigger unit. Do Not move here, they don't care about your living situation,car break ins on the regular, tow trucks will take your car for any reason. There is no security and we do pay for parking. Oh I'm sorry there are cameras that get surveillance. If you put in a service request maintenance just shows up whenever so if your don't lock your pets up 24/7 they wont complete ...your service. They also never show up after the office calls to say maintenance is coming from this time to this time. Don't even think about calling regional or corporate's they will just ignore you and the operator will block your number. If you email them they just direct in back to our office. I'm still getting no answers.......im 22 days into my new lease, But my matters are on the "URGENT " list.... I have tried to do everything diplomatically with this place emails , stop by the office, make an appointment. They don't care. Avoid at all cost! Mismanaged, dirty and UNSAFE
January 13, 2022There’s constant break-ins in parked cars. There’s constant theft of mail across ALL buildings (both by breaking in the mail boxes and just stealing delivery boxes). There’s trash everywhere. Corridors are dirty and smelly. Lots of VERY noisy neighbors.Review from Apartments.com
