It has become very frustrating as my time is very limited, especially during office hours. I plan on making an appointment, walking to the door, and having the key tried in front of both myself, and whoever will provide support to ensure that I finally get a working key. I moved in at the beginning of August, we are almost to October, and I have yet to be able to use the gym.
