Very Negative Experience
December 29, 2022Since moving in, I have had to file many noise complaints on neighbors who are rude and disrespectful, partying until 3:00am on weekdays, acting like they are on a college campus. I have also called the police on several occasions. Nothing is ever done by management to resolve the issues. The grounds are not well kept, and snow removal is poor. Maintenance and customer service is lacking. Pet owners are not held accountable for not picking up after their pets.During warmer months, the smell of ...marijuana is often present and filters it’s way into your apartment. Although it is a lease violation, all that we ever get is a gentle reminder in our email. I am very disappointed in this community to say the least.Property Manager Responded

Beautiful Apartment

Stay Away
January 5, 2019What can I say about these apartments ... Don't be fooled like us and think because they are new that they are nice. We have had numerous issues including mold on our patio doors. This apparently is because when you close curtains to keep heat it, it traps moisture. Then there's the micro-managing. Be ready to get constant emails from the office telling the whole complex they've tagged another abandoned looking vehicle that is going to be towed and putting residents on blast to everyone. ...Management and "Metro Inspection" are CONSTANTLY coming into our apartment. At least once or twice a month. I work at home and cannot begin to say how annoying it is. They should have warned us of this when we signed our lease. They don't clear leaves or bother to ice or plow off sidewalks when it snows.Oh and lastly our neighbors smoke pot all of the time, so thats fun. I CANNOT wait to move out of here. Unhappy with customer service
September 13, 2018We had a mix up with the promotional credit card for our rent account, and a new employee told us that we had a credit for the money in our account. When we went to pay the amount for the month ($200 less rent than normal), they said they would pull the rest of the money from that account. We got a call several days later that said we had a late fee on our account, and they told us that they needed the credit card, which we didn't know beforehand.
