    Great place to live! I get to take my dog to the park! I love the lake scenery on long walks. Great distance from school, and a great shuttle bus right in the middle!

    I’ve been at Arden villas going on 6-7 years and while things are of course not perfect. Overall I’d say my stay here has been satisfactory ! The staff is extremely helpful and I do see the complex doing things to try and make the living experience worthwhile. The biggest “issue” I guess you can say while it not really being Arden Villas fault is the price of rent is a bit steep with what is provided. However, I think compared to its competitors and the area in which we are the price can be ...

I would love to potentially see residents who were here for a long period of time receive some type of incentive for sticking around, whether that be gift cards, rent discounts, etc. Overall , if someone were to need a place to stay in a good area , Arden Villas is where it’s at

    Great place to live. Maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner. Gym is open 24/7. Nice staff! The apartment complex feels safe at night, however, there’s no parking, which is a common problem in Orlando.

    So far it has been decent, aside from the charges that I did not agree to nor were they in my statement of charges on my lease and the fact that I cannot use 2 of my appliances since they are broken. Staff is sometimes friendly.

    Living at Arden Villas near UCF has been a mixed experience. The location is convenient, especially for students, with easy access to campus, shops, and restaurants. The apartments are spacious and affordable compared to other options nearby, which is a plus. However, maintenance and cleanliness have been challenges. When I first moved in, I noticed dust, damaged shelving, and even pests in the common areas, which made settling in difficult. While maintenance requests can be submitted, the ...
    response time is not always consistent, and some issues take longer to resolve than expected. On the positive side, the amenities like the pool and gym are nice, and parking is generally available. Overall, Arden Villas works if you prioritize location and space, but there are definite improvements needed in upkeep and attention to detail.
