Horrible horrible lease office
October 11, 2021Lease office has these one way mirror windows like where they identify criminals in a police lineup that you can't see inside from out...I've never seen apartments that has such impersonal and unfriendly settings like that. Lease office people hide behind those windows and don't care about residents except collecting rents. Apartments are more than 30 years old and appliances and carpets inside show it. I would stay away from this place at all cost.Review from Apartments.com

Though the age of the property and appliances is old, it is well maintained and staff have been friendly and responsive every time I had reached out.. they followed covid protocol diligently.. September 4, 2019We came across Ardenwood Forest Condominiums while searching for a suitable place near to the elementary schools in the Fremont area. Somehow we ignored several negative reviews and gave a try to this place. Location is excellent but not the condominiums. It was agony and painful stay of 6 months, and when I saw such a steep hike in rent after six months, we decided to make a move. Rent is too high for these less than tiny 900 SQFT condominiums.
