DJ was absolutely wonderful during my tour and my application process. She worked with me and my million questions a day via email and always got back to me in a quick and timely manner. My apartment was clean on move-in day and the process has been smooth. It’s been about a month and I genuinely have no complaints. The complex itself is clean, along with the amenities. No place is perfect, I understand that - But this apt was my first home in Atlanta and overall it was low stress and very comfortable. I’ll be leaving it soon which is bittersweet, the rent is being raised $76 which I get happens and they were nice enough to respond to my counteroffer to keep rent as-is, but I want to try to save more $ so will be moving elsewhere. It has a small fitness area which I utilized and enjoyed, the pool area is clean and relaxing, the staff is helpful and attentive ...

This community has been one of my favorites since relocating back to the city. My biggest thing is how quiet and peaceful it is here. This is huge for me as a night shift nurse and considering I am within Midtown/Buckhead area. I love my apartment too! I am in the one bedroom A2 which is so spacious and has a lot of closet space and the price is an absolute steal without feeling like you are compromising quality. I also appreciate the walkability to the nearby restaurants and the beltline. The ...

staff in the office are also amazing-always willing to help and so accommodating. The maintenance guys are also great! Always on top of it when I need something fixed. I highly recommend Ardmore if you are looking in the midtown or Buckhead area.
