I’ll be leaving it soon which is bittersweet, the rent is being raised $76 which I get happens and they were nice enough to respond to my counteroffer to keep rent as-is, but I want to try to save more $ so will be moving elsewhere. It has a small fitness area which I utilized and enjoyed, the pool area is clean and relaxing, the staff is helpful and attentive ...at any time. This is huge for me as a night shift nurse and considering I am within Midtown/Buckhead area. I love my apartment too! I am in the one bedroom A2 which is so spacious and has a lot of closet space and the price is an absolute steal without feeling like you are compromising quality. I also appreciate the walkability to the nearby restaurants and the beltline. The ...staff in the office are also amazing-always willing to help and so accommodating.
