The neighborhood is quiet, the location is ideal, the amenities are incredible. I truly feel spoiled living here!! I have no complaints. My cat and I love living here and feel completely at home at this apartment.

This place is close to campus, bus stop right next to it, and a grocery store. The apartments themselves look very nice, Jarrod showed me around the 4 bedroom floor plan. It is like a mix between the dorms and an apartment. Still really nice though!

Arena is one of a kind! I have lived here for a couple of years and even after looking at other places to think about switching it up, nothing compared. the location is awesome, the maintenance staff is so always so fast to complete my work orders, and the office team knows how to make it feel like home and are always so friendly, especially mady! would highly recommend it!

I have looked at a lot of places and none were as nice as areana! For being so close to campus, the price was beyond reasonable, especially since i dont need to buy furniture!
