October 9, 2025I have had a truly wonderful living experience at this apartment community. What truly stands out is the exceptional staff. The leasing office and maintenance teams are not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly professional and responsible. On several occasions, I've had to submit maintenance requests, and each time the response was prompt and efficient. The issues were resolved thoroughly and in a timely manner, which I greatly appreciate. Knowing that management listens and acts ...quickly on resident feedback provides great peace of mind. This commitment to service from the entire team has made my stay here comfortable and hassle-free. It’s a well-managed community where residents are clearly valued. July 5, 2025As a new resident, everything went smoothly when I moved in. I would also like to thank Jessica, the manager. I am satisfied with the very quiet environment. June 26, 2025I’ve loved living here. The staff are so kind and helpful, very quick to respond. It’s incredibly clean, my neighbors are nice, and I feel safe and comfortable. It’s close to downtown Monrovia which has all my favorite spots and easy access to good food in the area. Overall very happy with my experience here.Property Manager Responded

May 13, 2025The neighborhood/location of the building is good. Restaurants, hospital, freeway are close by and the area is safe. However, living here isn’t all that. The building isn’t very old but it looks very dated. The amenities are holding on for dear life, office staff is rarely at the office, something is always breaking at our apartment. We’re disappointed with Areum, it would be nice if we could transfer to a different building by graystar.Property Manager Responded
