July 5, 2025As a new resident, everything went smoothly when I moved in. I would also like to thank Jessica, the manager. I am satisfied with the very quiet environment. It is good that there are not many units, so it is easy to get from the parking lot to my unit. The location of the trash can is also suitable.Property Manager Responded

June 26, 2025I’ve loved living here. The staff are so kind and helpful, very quick to respond. It’s incredibly clean, my neighbors are nice, and I feel safe and comfortable. It’s close to downtown Monrovia which has all my favorite spots and easy access to good food in the area. Overall very happy with my experience here.Property Manager Responded

May 13, 2025The neighborhood/location of the building is good. Restaurants, hospital, freeway are close by and the area is safe. However, living here isn’t all that. The building isn’t very old but it looks very dated. The amenities are holding on for dear life, office staff is rarely at the office, something is always breaking at our apartment. We’re disappointed with Areum, it would be nice if we could transfer to a different building by graystar.Property Manager Responded
