February 6, 2026Not to pleasant experience. When we moved in the apartment was dirty and the carpet was stained, when we moved out we got charged for both things. The amenities are old, the elevator is always under construction, management isn’t very helpful and they’re hardly ever in the office.Property Manager Responded

The leasing office and maintenance teams are not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly professional and responsible. On several occasions, I've had to submit maintenance requests, and each time the response was prompt and efficient. The issues were resolved thoroughly and in a timely manner, which I greatly appreciate. Knowing that management listens and acts ...quickly on resident feedback provides great peace of mind. This commitment to service from the entire team has made my stay here comfortable and hassle-free. It’s a well-managed community where residents are clearly valued.
