Noisy upstairs resident with no correction with complaint.
March 18, 2026I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience living in my second-floor apartment due to constant excessive noise from the unit above me. The noise occurs throughout the day and night—loud footsteps, banging, and what sounds like furniture being moved at all hours—making it very difficult to relax or get proper rest. What’s most disappointing is that I’ve reported this issue to the management office four separate times, and nothing has been done to resolve it. There has been no meaningful ...follow-up, enforcement, or effort to address the situation. A peaceful living environment should be a basic expectation, and it’s discouraging to feel ignored after multiple attempts to seek help. If I knew of the problems this place face, I would have rented elsewhere. Rent here at your own risk.Property Manager Responded

Handicap parking
April 6, 2025This property seems to be well kept and is convenient to a blooming area. I know residents in the apartments and probably visit once a week. There is a big issue with handicap parking. It seems residents believe they are entitled to park in the handicap parking spaces with no handicap placard or tag. I am writing this review because the issue has been brought to the attention of the front office many times. After many contacts nothing changes. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
January 16, 2025RATS; FAULTY & DANGEROUS CRAFTSMANSHIP; MISMANAGEMENT; UNVERIFIED CHARGES.... amongst MANY other horrible living conditions! THIS PLACE I S GHETTO!!! RUN as fast as you can to any other apartment complex!!! We had to move out after 6 months due to all of the hazardous conditions. An entire BALCONY fell off the building. The trash compactor dosent work so they put an open air dumpster in the residential parking lot that is overflowing and oozes horrible smelling goo and toxic chemicals. All ...the "amenities" are always broken or unavailable. The "work space" doesn't even provide wi-fi. Management will never fix or repair and blame "corporate". We found GLASS in the pool on several occasions. POLICE constantly called for fights. There is rampant DRUG USE all over the community you can smell marijuana smoke constantly. Residence cut hair, , yes set up a whole barbershop in the pool lounge area. The amount of your rent will change monthly & they will not provide verification for charges. Argento will add exorbitant fees and collections without proper verification or notification. They have an extremely high turn over rate so you will never deal with the same people so there is an absolute absence of any accountability! We are currently filling a civil suit against Argento as well as lodging complaints with BBB. I could go on, but if you have read this far then the choice to live here should be clear!Property Manager Responded

Nice property, No management
November 22, 2024I have been a resident for seven months, and the concerns I’ve raised with management remain unaddressed. Despite sending multiple emails, I have received no responses. Issues include residents leaving trash outside all weekend when it’s not a scheduled pickup day, failing to bring in trash bins, the persistent smell of marijuana throughout the buildings, and safety concerns regarding the structure. Gym always dirty & bathroom not stocked. Management shows no sense of urgency and fails to enforce ...any rules.Property Manager Responded

Fair warning to future renters
August 25, 2024If raising a family with younger children and infants beware that the strong smell of marijuana travels from unit to unit. Although it is contracted to be a smoke free complex their regulations are loosely enforced. When speaking to management they will explain that your concern will be taken seriously due to the contract and marijuana being illegal in the state of Georgia, however, nothing is done and the constant, multiple times a day thick smoke smell will sink into a non smokers clothes and ...furniture.Property Manager Responded

Mcdonough has arrived
December 14, 2023I never thought McDonough would become this popular. And now with this 5 star luxury apartment being home will feel like a movie.
