Sure, when you first move in its nice and a good apartment, but then you live here for awhile and everything starts to break. Our closet doors, broken, our washing machine, broken, our ac units broken and growing mold, our dishwasher broken, they came and "fixed" it and it broke again and they haven't responded to come and fix it again. They have so many stupid rules, to "keep this place looking nice" when they are the worst people to try and talk to. You call, they dont answer, you put your ...
issue in the app, they dont answer. And when its time for the yearly inspection and you spend a whole day cleaning they cancel, and then you clean again and they cancel again. They also give you no reason for canceling which they are supposed to give! Are they nice apartments, sure, but just know that sooner or later things will break and no one will answer you, and no one will come and fix it. They also only allow dogs which is weird, so beware of that too. I would not live here again! One more thing, when you do finally try to move out, they are THE WORST!! So please, just find somewhere just as nice for a lot cheaper!

Beautifully appointed ! The area is quiet & more country than city and yet only a short drive to shopping ! Very clean, well maintained, landscaping is lovely ! And the fountains are great So happy I chose Aria
