Terrible maintenance, water leaking everywhere and doors are broken
March 3, 2024We have been living here for almost a year now. When we first moved in there were many issues with water leaking, none of the bedroom and bathroom doors were working either because the paint they used to cover the stain has become too thick and the doors got stuck. And the door jams were broken so the door doesn't even close all the way. The basket in our fridge was broken as well as the kitchen cabinet and drawers. The disposal also breaks all the time cause the sink flooded with nasty waster ...from upstairs. The worst part is every time we submit a maintenance request, it always take forever to be fixed. It really affects our quality of life. Now almost a year, none of these problems were fixed either.Property Manager Responded

Great area-location
February 25, 2022It’s a great location, the 60 and 143 freeways are only couple of lights. It’s in the middle of the valley. Close to sky harbor airport. The front desk and maintenance is good they respond in a timely manner. I had a great time here and highly recommend to others.Property Manager Responded

Helpful until you sign the lease....
April 18, 2021My assigned parking space was about two blocks away. I kept calling them asking for a closer space. There were 2 spots next to my apartment that weren't assigned but Renee never assigned me a space. I was charged a rate to include the swimming pool and exercise room, but because of Covid, I could never use it. They should have given a RENT REDUCTION since they never allowed me any amenities. There were all sorts of hidden charges on the monthly rate not disclosed to me. Lastly, when I checked out ...the place was better than when I moved in but she charged a hefty cleaning fee! Below average, wouldn't recommend.
November 20, 2018Expensive for what you get, decent location. Service jobs eventually get done (AC went out in summer, took 3 days), but their customer service line is terrible. Had a question on my bill and you can only speak to the representative of your area, no one else would help. After 3 weeks they still didn't get back to me.Review from Apartments.com

March 28, 2018I love this Apartment complex! The property manager Ashley is so sweet and friendly. If you have a problem she will make sure to address it accordingly. Scorpions everywhere
October 13, 2015Manager skimps on pest control. The place is infested with scorpions, especially in the downstairs units. Managers come and go every few weeks and are very disorganized. They try to say you're underpaying rent and you have to fight them for weeks to get it fixed. Nothing gets fixed without a hundred requests. The bug infestation is out of control at this place. Really stuffy units that don't have any cross ventilation or proper lighting.Review from Apartments.com
