DON"T MOVE HERE
September 12, 2024This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The noise level is unbearable. Imagine trying to sleep at 1am and your neighbors are constantly throwing things on their floor so hard to it causes vibrations in your apartment. Imagine every evening after work when your neighbors come home you can hear them slamming their doors. Complaining about the noise level is useless. The front office will do absolutely nothing. They won't even send an email reminding residents of being mindful of ...the noise level. The corporate office is worse, you can call them and leave messages, and no one will call you back. Save your money and move somewhere else. If you are looking for a place to call home, this is not the place, if you just need a place to lay your head temporarily, then take a chance on this run-down place.Property Manager Responded

Disappointed
June 30, 2024This is the 2nd Sunday that the pool has been locked with no communication sent out. I sent an email inquiring last week, but received no response. It looks like the person they hire to unlock takes Sundays off. This is a huge inconvenience, as the pool is a key amenity. It is often less than ready to welcome guests. It is either full of garbage from a party (see photos on Apartments.com), locked for no reason, has algae on the bottom, or full of people who don't live here, blasting loud, vulgar ...music. They hired another courtesy officer and implemented wrist bands to combat these problems, but nobody wears the wrist bands, and the officer doesn't come when problems are phoned in. This is getting frustrating.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Unlivable noise level
May 26, 2024Every weekend that the pool is open, large groups of people come, drink, and play loud, vulgar music. I'm not a prude, but when I can hear that music inside my apartment at 9:30, and it wakes my child, that's too much. The managers say we can have 2 guests, but nothing is enforced on the weekend. The pool gets trashed and is only cleaned once per week, so have fun swimming in dirt. Tonight I had to go down to the pool myself to try and get the people to lower the music, and I was threatened, ...walked up on, and repeatedly cursed. I called the police. They said it is the apartment's job to enforce the rules. Awesome. That won't happen. Speaking of noise, the walls are like paper and it sounds like a freight train over your head. My upstairs neighbor has an opposite schedule than I do, so it's super fun to get woken up 3 or 4 times per night. Even more so when my child gets woken up. I asked if I could transfer to a 4th floor apartment, and now I want to get AWAY from the pool, but they make you reapply, pay a deposit, etc. The trash room on my floor has had the chute closed for the past 3 weeks. This means people just toss nasty trash bags on the floor. When I walk down the hall, I have to walk through clouds of gnats. Bottom line is that I thought it was getting better with new management, but it appears I was wrong. I should be able to feel safe and live in peace. That isn't happening here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Home sweet home
April 13, 2024I recently moved into this apartment complex and I couldn't be happier! The location is convenient, the amenities are top-notch, wait until you see the massive pool!! and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The units are modern and well-maintained, and the community atmosphere is welcoming. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to call home!Review from Apartments.com
Blown Away!

Do Not Move Here!
July 6, 2023There are so many issues with this apartment complex. Tires get stolen, Management lies about email correspondence that they supposedly send to you. You pay for trash valet monthly, but your do not get picked up. When you confront the office the only response is they are a 3rd party company, but it is the apartment complex that is taking your money and paying them. This complex is horrible with follow-up. I would not move here. If I could give them Zero stars instead of 1 star this would be my ...choice.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
worst management ever
September 27, 2021The mandatory trash policies suck. The valley trash Seesh the have specific timings you have to keep your can outside and sometimes they don’t pick it up and you have to bring it inside in the morning even though you sleep you have to wake for bringing it in what’s the point of valet. If i want to go out of town leave trash and go you can’t this management has no common sense when they make policies. The management is super rude especially manager. It used to be luxury now it looks awful trash ...everywhere unclean hallways. The gym is never renewed most of the equipment is broken. Smells like garbage in hallways because peopleLeave their trash outside chute and new management closed chutes btw so it’s like walking in middle of dumpster in hallways. The safety has reduced now our car tires are getting stolen they don’t have cameras that work nor a patrolling. In simple terrible apartments and management never listen to tenants and have to call zillion times for them to pick up call.Property Manager Responded

Greatly Disappointed
April 26, 2021I moved in the summer of 2019 and it was great the first 6 or 7 months, then they brought in a new property manager and things went down hill from there. When I found out that Arielle was taking over, I was excited and in high hopes they would get things back on track. I waited about 3 months to see if they were going to make improvements but they have not. In fact things have progressively gotten worse. The trash situation is disgusting and you can smell the trash when you wait for the ...elevator. The concrete hallways are filthy as well as the walls in the hallways. There have been numerous thief's I have spoken with the office staff and was told that they are going to start the clean up but I am still waiting with no results. I can't wait for my lease to be up so I can get out of here. Honestly 1 star is too high of a rating. :(Property Manager Responded

Don’t Do It
April 14, 2021The valet trash sucks . They do not have a scheduled time to pick up like before ! We changed management, this is the worse management in my apartment leasing history. They don’t care about any issues that occur when you are here & they show no empathy for any situation. All they do is lie . Possums out , my rent fluctuate every month which is bazar ! Water bill $80 for 2 people ! The fire alarm goes off randomly without notice . The office knows Nothing . The maintenance team is lazy and late to ...resolve issues . The other team resolved issues in like 30 minutes of putting in an order . It’s always thieves around yet no cameras or security . I hate it here and I can’t wait to moveProperty Manager Responded
May 13, 2021I apologize that you seem to be having issues. Our Valet trash service schedule was posted on your door it has not changed. Rent cant go up and down but the water/Sewer bill is based on usage so it does vary. As with any Takeover there are a few bumps in the road but we are getting those straightened out. If you are having any other issues please stop by the office and speak with one of us.

Not worth the headache
March 7, 2021I have had my storage unit broken into and the tires stolen off my brand new vehicle. Now, we are under brand new management (third, btw, in 1.5 years I’ve been here) and the new management sucks. The valet trash pick up is whenever they want, if they want. I requested for my dishwasher to be repaired and it’s going on 5 days now that they’ve had the order and haven’t done anything about it. At least with the previous management, our requests were done by the next day. Just don’t bother. It’s a ...beautiful place, but it isn’t worth the headache. I am waiting for my lease to let up and I’m running far away.Property Manager Responded

December 28, 2020Stay away. $48K vehicle stolen and not recovered from here. Brand new vehicle had wheels stolen. Per manager, prior time had multiple vehicles lose their wheels. No security on site. No courtesy officer. Per discussion with property manager, Cameras are flakey and thieves appear to know how to disrupt them. Management was aware of the camera issue and has not addressed it and theft continued. Near FedEx facility which has sounds and vehicles moving 24/7.Review from Apartments.com
